Rahmah Burial Essentials (RBE) was born from a simple yet profound belief: every Muslim deserves to be honored with dignity, compassion, and care, even in their final moments in this world.
As Muslims, we understand that caring for our deceased brothers and sisters is not merely a service, but a sacred responsibility (Fard Kifayah) entrusted to our communities.
Through years of serving Muslim communities, we recognized a recurring challenge: access to reliable, high-quality, affordable, and properly prepared Islamic burial essentials was not always readily available. Families, masajid, funeral homes, and volunteers often faced unnecessary difficulties at a time when their focus should have been on prayer, remembrance, and supporting grieving loved ones.
We believed there had to be a better way.
That conviction inspired the creation of Rahmah Burial Essentials, bringing together individuals with a shared commitment to serving the Ummah through faith, compassion, and practical solutions.
Our vision was to simplify Islamic burial preparation by providing thoughtfully assembled, comprehensive kafan and ghusl kits rooted in Islamic tradition, while maintaining the quality, affordability, and reliability our communities deserve.
The name Rahmah, meaning mercy, reflects the very heart of our mission: to serve with compassion, honor the dignity of the deceased, and ease the burden upon those left behind.
RBE is more than a business. It is an effort to revive a communal responsibility, support those who serve the deceased, and make one of life’s most difficult moments a little easier for Muslim families.
Rooted in faith. Guided by mercy. Dedicated to dignity.
Restoring Excellence in Janazah Care
Rahmah Burial Essentials exists to help Muslim communities restore excellence in Janazah care through authentic Islamic education, high-quality Sunnah-compliant burial essentials, and meaningful partnerships with masājid, Islamic organizations, and funeral professionals.
We believe that caring for the deceased is not merely a service. It is a sacred trust (Amānah), an act of worship, and a communal obligation (Farḍ Kifāyah).
Our purpose is to ensure that every Muslim is honored according to the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah with dignity, compassion, knowledge, and excellence.
To become North America’s most trusted resource for Muslim Janazah preparedness by preserving the Sunnah, empowering communities, and raising the standard of end-of-life care for generations to come.
